Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Willow got me through the hardest time of my life. When I didn't know how to get through the pain I was in, hearing Chris tell me "we are going to get you help tonight" meant everything. My therapist Jamie was a kind and relatable, she gave me a safe environment to talk and explore coping skills. Kim who ran my group therapy is excellent, she really gets people thinking and talking. She creates a safe place for people from all different age groups and situations to connect and support each other. I cannot thank the people at Willow in Madison enough for helping me save myself.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Willow has been incredibly helpful in my mental health journey. All the staff there are so welcoming and genuinely care about how you’re doing every single day. They hold you accountable and call you out when needed, but in the most kind and constructive way. Group therapy helped me feel like I wasn’t alone and allowed me to find like-minded people who were dealing with similar struggles and who had space in their hearts to help me through my issues, too. Their team is available to talk 24/7, and the morning and evening groups in-person and on Zoom makes treatment easy to access. My therapist has really helped me with my mental health, self confidence, communication, and life skills. I would 100% reccomend Willow to friends and family struggling with mental health, addiction, and overall stresses of life.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t say enough good things about Willow Behavioral Health. It played such an important role in my recovery from addiction, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care and support I received. From the very beginning, the intake process was smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. Chris and Maisy made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and comfortable. They were compassionate, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt supported from day one. A special thank you goes to Kim, who is truly exceptional at what she does. Her knowledge, compassion, and dedication to helping people recover are remarkable. She has an incredible ability to connect with her clients, provide guidance without judgment, and help people build the confidence and skills they need to move forward. Kim doesn’t just do her job, she changes lives, and I feel fortunate to have had her as part of my recovery journey. Everyone at Willow Behavioral Health treated me with respect, kindness, and genuine care. They created a safe environment where I could focus on healing and rebuilding my life. Recovery isn’t easy, but having a team like this made all the difference. If you’re struggling with addiction or know someone who is, I wholeheartedly recommend Willow Behavioral Health. They truly care about their clients and are committed to helping people achieve lasting recovery. Thank you to Chris, Maisy, Kim, and the entire team for everything you’ve done for me. I’ll always be grateful.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Their counselors are extremely competent and compassionate. They are empathetic and knowledgeable. You will not feel awkward sharing your experiences and their tools on how to deal with stress and triggers are second to none. If you are dealing with stress, anxiety or any other similar psychological distress, WBH is the place to call. They will also help you arranging your insurance to cover for the charges. They are great. Special kudos to Maisy.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My time so far at Willow Behavioral Health has been very beneficial for my transition from inpatient. The groups, which are held at various times throughout the day to fit all schedules, are very welcoming and supportive. My therapist “Kimothy”, Kim, is amazing and I would recommend her to everyone!
